Enhancing Your Executive Presence (coaching)

How do you show up? Are you exuding executive presence in departmental meetings, all-hands meetings, and presentations? Are you confident? Assertive? Engaged and engaging?

You don’t have to be an executive to cultivate your executive presence — that blend of confidence, poise, presence and connection. Executive Presence one-on-one coaching uses structured activities and role playing to teach you new ways to show up and stand out, collaborate and create, build your self-confidence, and shine as a professional.

Objectives
– Present yourself with confidence verbally and non-verbally
– Learn to listen more powerfully in group and one-to-one situations
– Build others’ confidence in you through your style, dialogue, and countenance
– Build stronger relationships through better listening, powerful questioning and spotlighting others’ ideas

Outcomes
– Command the room when speaking in meetings, presentations and one-on-one;
– Increase your self-confidence in leading and partnering with others

“Your (group coaching) was full of fun, practical tips, and inspiration. The executive presence coaching you led through games included activities ranging from fun ways to help you introduce yourself and make a great first impression, to an impromptu rap, to leadership tips for making an impact in our organizations. They provided numerous physical, mental and psychological tips to demonstrate presence, command and connection”
