The EQi 360® is based on the BarOn EQ-i 2.0, which is one of the most recognized emotional intelligence instruments worldwide. Emotional Intelligence refers to an array of emotional, personal and interpersonal abilities and skills that influence one’s overall leadership capabilities and coping skills. We use the EQi 360® Emotional Intelligence survey results to help leaders recognize how their emotions impact the environment and their relationships.
The DiSC® Classic is a behavior assessment that uses a non-judgmental language for exploring behavioral issues. It helps people explore their own behavior across four primary dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. It can be used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. A series of questions are asked that result in a detailed, twenty page report about your personality and behavior.
Organizations may encounter difficulty with implementing change. We use the SLOT (Strengths, Limitations, Opportunities, and Threats) Questionnaire as part of organizational and team assessments to determine where the strengths are and how groups can work together to build on them. We find that it is a key tool for goal-setting and strategic planning.
