Emotional Intelligence refers to an array of emotional, personal and interpersonal abilities and skills that influence one’s overall leadership capabilities and coping skills. We use the EQi 360® Emotional Intelligence survey results to help leaders recognize how their emotions impact the environment and their relationships.   DiSC® Classic The DiSC® Classic is a behavior assessment that uses a non-judgmental language for exploring behavioral issues. It helps people explore their own behavior across four primary dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
